CSR marketing fails when it celebrates brand over mission. This campaign won by celebrating real heroes and answering on Ford’s brand purpose: delivering real value to hard-working people. We made it real by using the brand’s platform as a stage for survivors to share their stories and drive donations to breast cancer research.
